122nd. 32-year-old, Authorized Person Outside Residence (APOR), from Brgy. Lumbia
- traveled to places inside and outside Region X with local COVID-19 cases on July 13-16
- swabbed at the Regional Epidemiology, Surveillance, and Disaster Response Unit (RESDRU) office on July 21
- results came back positive on July 23
- currently experiencing signs and symptoms
- now in an isolation area at Brgy. Lumbia
- 16+ initial close contacts identified: direct family contact and workplace contact
