- swabbed on August 3

- transferred to a temporary treatment and monitoring facility (TTMF)
167th. 56-year-old female LSI, resident of Brgy. Bulua
- from Bacoor, Cavite
- arrived at Laguindingan on July 29 via air travel
- fetched and placed in a city isolation unit
- swabbed on August 3
- results came back positive on August 4
