- from Manila
- arrived in CDO on August 26 via air travel to Laguindingan
- placed in a city isolation unit
- swabbed on August 31, results came back positive on September 2
- no symptoms, no comorbidities
- contact tracing ongoing
310th. 51-year-old male, local case, resident of Brgy. Kauswagan
- experienced cough, colds, and fever on August 27
- checked-up in a private hospital on August 31
- underwent x-ray and swab test on September 1
- results came back positive on September 2
- comorbidity: hypertension
- traveled to an area in Misamis Oriental on the 3rd week of August
- transferred to a TTMF
- 18 direct family contacts identified and quarantined
- focused containment implemented

- experienced cough, colds, and fever on August 24
- went for a check-up at a private clinic in Brgy. Carmen
- underwent x-ray in a diagnostic center, diagnosed with pneumonia
- visited the Out-Patient Department (OPD) of the NMMC on September 1
- swabbed on September 2, results came back positive
- no symptoms as of today, no comorbidities
- 9 direct contacts identified

- had cough and colds on August 30
- experienced fever on August 31
- swabbed at the NMMC on September 2

313th. 38-year-old female, local case, resident of Brgy. Nazareth
- a BPO employee working-at-home since March
- experienced symptoms on August 20
- gave birth last September 1 in a private hospital
- currently still admitted
- swabbed on September 1, results came back positive September 2
- 5 direct contacts identified and quarantined
314th. 36-year-old female, local/APOR, resident of Brgy. Indahag
- experienced fever, cough, and sore throat on August 28
- gave birth in a private hospital on August 31 and swabbed
- results came back positive on September 2
- currently in an isolation unit
- no travel history
- 3 direct contacts identified and quarantined
