• from the Middle East
• arrived in NAIA on August 13
• swabbed upon arrival: negative
• stayed in a hotel in Makati City
• arrived in CDO on August 17 via air travel to Laguindingan
• placed in a city isolation unit
• swabbed again on August 22
• results came back positive on August 24
• no symptoms, no comorbidities
• 1 direct contact identified in OWWA isolation unit
• further contact tracing ongoing

251st. 29-year-old female, local/APOR, resident of a gated community in Upper Balulang

• a healthcare worker
• had close contact with a COVID-19 positive patient in their hospital
• last day of exposure: August 17
• swabbed on August 22
• results came back positive on August 24
• 5 household contacts identified
• no symptoms
• now being treated in their hospital
• contact tracing still ongoing

252nd. 34-year-old male, local/APOR, from a gated community in Brgy. Kauswagan

• permanent address: Sultan Naga Dimaporo, Lanao del Norte
• stayed in CDO since February 2020 and served as support staff in a city isolation unit
• had close contact with the city’s 211th case
• placed in a city isolation unit
• swabbed on August 22
• results came back positive on August 24
• now in a TTMF
• had close contacts in his rented house, now isolated
• no symptoms, no comorbidities
• close contacts also swabbed

253rd. 28-year-old male, local/APOR, resident of a subdivision in Brgy. Lumbia

• swabbed on August 22
• results came back positive on August 24
• already isolated in Lumbia
• 3 household contacts identified and isolated
• no symptoms, no comorbidities
• further contact tracing ongoing

254th. 31-year-old male, local/APOR, from Brgy. Lumbia

• permanent address: Upi, Maguindanao
• assigned in CDO since 2015
• swabbed on August 22
• results came back positive on August 24
• already isolated in Lumbia
• no symptoms, no comorbidities

255th. 27-year-old female, local/APOR, resident of a gated community in Upper Carmen

• a healthcare worker
• had close contact with the 238th case
• last day of exposure: August 19
• swabbed on August 22, results came back positive on August 24
• quarantined in their institution
• has occasional cough and sore throat, no comorbidities
• 14 close contacts identified
• further contact tracing is ongoing
