- underwent Rapid Diagnostic Test on June 16
- arrived in CDO on July 2 via sea vessel
- currently asymptomatic
92nd. 47-year-old male LSI, resident of Brgy. Lapasan
- from Malate, Metro Manila
- arrived in CDO on July 5
- placed in a TTMF
- swabbed July 10: positive results came out on July 12
- contact tracing is ongoing
93rd. 26-year-old female LSI, resident of Brgy. Carmen
- from Quezon City
- husband is a construction worker in Quezon City
- arrived in CDO on July 5
- placed in a TTMF
94th. 4-year-old male LSI, resident of Brgy. Carmen
- from Quezon City
- son of 93rd patient
- arrived in CDO on July 5

- admitted in NMMC
- sidewalk vendor in Cogon market
- brought at JRBGH on July 12 due to LBM and vomiting
- swabbed immediately, test results came out positive
- identified 9 close contacts/family members, transferred to a city isolation unit
- health personnel are now searching for her husband, one of the close contacts
