- had a fever on September 2, self-isolated
- swab results came back positive on September 8
- now in the city’s temporary treatment and monitoring facility (TTMF)
- 3 direct contacts identified and isolated
- further contact tracing ongoing
393rd. 38-year-old female, local/APOR, resident of Brgy. Nazareth
- a healthcare worker in a public hospital
- experienced a sore throat on August 30, headache and fever on August 31
- loss of sense of smell and taste on September 3
- swab results came back positive on September 8
