19 Apr Cagayan de Oro Gains 7th Spot as Safest City in Southeast Asia
Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro City has been ranked as the 7th Safest City in Southeast Asia for 2017. This is based on a survey done by Numbeo, a crowd-sourced global database of reported consumer prices, perceived crime rates, quality of health care, etc.
Singapore has the top spot with a crime index of 16.58 and safe index of 83.42 points. Valenzuela City, Philippines then came as the second safest city with a 24.03 crime index and 75.79 safest index.
