31 Mar Cagayan de Oro City To Implement Anti-Loitering Ordinance, Penalty: Community Service
Mga higala! The City Council of Cagayan de Oro has approved an ANTI-LOITERING ORDINANCE that will penalize those who’ll be caught loitering (mag-tambay or latagaw) in public areas, during the current COVID-19 threat!
ICYDK, residents are urged to stay at home to avoid catching or spreading the coronavirus disease, except for important errands like grocery shopping and medical emergencies.
Violators will be sentenced to the following:
- 1st offense- 2 hours of community service
- 2nd offense- 4 hours of community service
- 3rd offense- 8 hours of community service
