03 Jul LGU-Cagayan de Oro Awards “Outstanding Scholar Of The Year”

Mga higala! Rousell Ferrer, a city scholar and a Cum Laude of Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University- Ateneo de Cagayan, has been awarded as the Outstanding Scholar of the Year of Cagayan de Oro City!
Ferrer received the award at the Gala Night last Friday, June 28, in Mallberry Suites.
“Being awarded as the ‘Outstanding Scholar of the Year’ is not just for me alone, but for each and every one of us. We are all outstanding because we are called to a mission to help Cagayan de Oro City, our own community and our country a better place by practicing our respective fields,” said Rousell Ferrer.
The awarding ceremony was led by the City Scholarships Office under Ms. Richel Petalcurin, together with the City Social Welfare and Development under Executive Overseer Michael Christopher Fabello.
