Mga higala! The Cagayan de Oro Eco Park located at the former landfill in Upper Dagong, Brgy. Carmen has been set to open this August 28, 2021, in time with the city’s Feast of Sr. San Agustin celebration!
However, this is still the eco park’s Phase 1 and will only include the following amenities:
- rotunda
- bike lane
- jogging lane
- amphitheater
But, don’t worry higala! When fully finished, more attractions will be available:
- butterfly garden
- lagoon
- picnic area
- adult and children playgrounds
- and more!
