22 Apr Cagayan de Oro as One of the Most Efficient Cities in the Philippines
Included in this year’s Top 10 Most Efficient Highly Urbanized Cities in the Philippines as released by the National Competitiveness Council is the City of Golden Friendship, Cagayan de Oro.

These cities were determined the most efficient cities in the country as they rank favorably in their capacity of health services, police to population ratio, capacity of schools, investment promotion, LGU tax, business registration efficiency, economic governance, number of awards acquired and the compliance to national directives by the LGU.
