17 Aug Cagayan de Oro Is Now Philippines’ Top 5 Most Competitive City Of 2018
Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro City is now named as the Top 5 Most Competitive City of 2018 in the whole Philippines. This is a great improvement when compared to CDO’s 10th rank last year.

This amazing recognition was given during the 6th Regional Competitiveness Summit organized by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), which was held yesterday, August 16, 2018, at the Philippine International Convention Center.
Other than Cagayan de Oro, the following are the ones who made it to the Top 10 Most Competitive Cities of 2018 out of 1,500 local government units in our country.
- Quezon City (1st)
- Manila City (2nd)
- Pasay City (3rd)
- Davao City (4th)
- Makati City (6th)
- Pasig City (7th)
- Bacolod City (8th)
- Cebu City (9th)
- Muntinlupa City (10th)
