Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro City is now under Signal No. 2 and is currently experiencing moderate to heavy rains!
Typhoon Odette has further intensified, moving northwestward at 25 km/h, approaching the vicinity of Dinagat Islands and Surigao Provinces.
It is expected to make landfall this afternoon.
