16 Jul Cagayan de Oro Placed Under ECQ Until July 31
Mga higala! Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque has announced today that Cagayan de Oro City will be placed under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) until July 31, 2021!
ICYDK, the ECQ status is the toughest among all the various lockdown levels.
(Update: This stricter quarantine status is said to be due to the detection of delta variant cases.)
ECQ will also be implemented in the following areas in the country:
- Iloilo Province
- Iloilo City
- Gingoog City
