Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro City has received the Presidential Award for the Most Child-Friendly City (Highly Urbanized City Category) yesterday, November 28, 2019, during the awarding ceremony held at Malacañang Palace!
The award was presented by President Rodrigo Duterte himself, to Mayor Oscar Moreno.
