5 of these are returning OFWs (ROFs) and 4 are locally stranded individuals (LSIs).

- from Bohol
- arrived in CDO on August 9 via sea travel
- placed in a city isolation unit
- swabbed on August 14
- results came back positive on August 15
- no symptoms, no comorbidities
- 1 close contact identified: mother (tested negative, now in isolation unit)
- transferred to a temporary treatment and monitoring facility (TTMF)
199th. 8-year-old female, LSI, resident of Brgy. Patag
- from Davao City
- arrived in CDO via land travel on August 9 (private vehicle)
- placed in a city isolation unit
- swabbed on August 14
- results came back positive on August 15
- no symptoms but is known to have asthma and allergies
- 1 close contact identified: mother (also isolated)
- now in a TTMF
200th. 54-year-old male, ROF, resident of Brgy. Macasandig
- from the Middle East
- tested positive on May 25 and admitted to a hospital
- declared comatose from May 27-30
- discharged on June 21
