07 Nov LOOK: Cagayan de Oro Signs Memorandum of Understanding With Sister City From Korea
Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro has signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Substantial Exchanges with its sister city- Gwangyang of Korea!
The signing was held yesterday, November 6, at the Limketkai Luxe Hotel, and was led by CDO Mayor Oscar Moreno, Gwangyang Mayor Jeong Hyunbok, and other officials from both cities.
This event aims to “strengthen friendship and boost bilateral cooperation with Gwangyang in various fields including economy, culture, and education” according to a post by Cagayan de Oro City Philippines.
