Mga higala! CAGAYAN DE ORO is now the TOP 5 RICHEST CITY in Visayas and Mindanao, according to a recent financial report published by the Commission on Audit (COA), based on data from the year 2017.
The said financial report showed that Cagayan de Oro has a total asset of P9.91 billion, a total revenue of P3.26 billion, and an equity of P3.94 billion.
