04 Feb LOOK: Camiguin Now Using Own QR Coded Vaccination ID
Mga higala! The Province of Camiguin now has their own QR Coded Vaccination ID!
This was announced by Hon. Jurdin Jesus Romualdo yesterday, February 3, 2022, on his Facebook page.

The vaccination ID or card contains the vaccinee’s name, birthdate, vaccine details, and more.
However, these are only for Camiguin residents higala! If you’re one, below are the registration steps:
- Visit cleancamiguinqr.com (use browsers like Google, Safari, etc.)
- Log-in using your: 10 digits CCRQ ID (e.g. CCQR9SHCBC) | Password (the one you entered during registration)
- Fill-up vaccination details found in your Vaccination Card like the date of inoculation and brand of the vaccine etc.
- Upload the copy of your Vaccination Card (as one of the proofs of vaccination).
- Click submit.
- The Provincial/Municipal Health Office will verify the details you have submitted (please wait for at least five (5) days for the verification).
- After 5 days, please log in again to your Clean Camiguin QR account then click vaccination information to check if it was already approved.
- Click “save image” to download your vaccination ID.
