Mga higala! A barangay captain and a kagawad, together with 2 others, were apprehended by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) for illegal gambling (madjong) and for violating the social distancing guidelines against COVID-19, along the Quirino Street in Barangay 31, Cagayan de Oro City!
