10 Aug Carlo Paalam To Receive Additional P2-Million Incentive From President Duterte
Mga higala! Carlo Paalam of Cagayan de Oro City will be receiving an additional cash incentive of P2 million from the office of President Rodrigo Duterte for winning a silver medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics!
This amazing surprise was revealed by the President upon Paalam’s recent return to the Philippines.
With this, he now has over P22 million pesos together with other bonuses!
Nesthy Petecio (silver) will also receive P2 million while Eumir Marcial (bronze) will get P1 million.
Moreover, all 3 of them will be awarded the Order of Lapu-Lapu — “a national order of merit conferred by the President of the Philippines to officials and personnel of the government and private individuals in recognition of invaluable or extraordinary service in relation to a campaign or advocacy of the President.”
