In a post from Cagayan de Oro City Philippines Facebook Page, there will be a temporary road closure on Sunday, August 20, in observance of the Higalaay Carnival Street Dance Competition.
Roads from Kiosko Kagawasan at Divisoria to Rodelsa Circle will be temporarily closed from 12:00 noon to give way to the parade which starts at 3 PM.
