19 Sep CdeO Among ‘Galing Pook Award’ Finalists

In an article posted by Cagayan de Oro News Bulletin, Cagayan de Oro City, being a first-time contender, is one of the finalists of Galing Pook Award, a competition for most prominent local government practices in the country.
There are more than 80 local government units, municipality and barangay entries have participated to vye for the Galing Pook winning the trophy to be awarded on October 10-11, 2017.
The city showcased the successful implementation of the Bottom Up Budgeting Program of the underprivileged individual from the different communities.
Misamis Oriental received two Excellence Awards way back 2010 and 2012.
