13 Jun Aguirre requests food and security for Mautes in Camp Evangelista

In an article from topnewsphil.com, detained members of the Maute rebel group at Camp Edilberto Evangelista military headquarters in Cagayan de Oro City will be provided with food and security upon the request of Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II.
Aguirre, along with other Department of Justice (DOJ) senior officials, met with prosecutors who are tasked to take over inquest proceedings of suspected terrorists and other persons who are said to have orchestrated the violent attacks in Marawi City.
In his letter to Interior Secretary Catalino Cuy, Aguirre said that while the military is prepared to detain individuals who are linked to the Marawi siege inside their facilities at Camp Evangelista, he said that military personnel should also attend to the detainees’ needs for food and security.
