02 Oct CdeO Government, JobStart Philippines Sign MOA for 200 Job Starters Training

JobStart Philippines with the City Government of Cagayan de Oro City through the Public Employment Services Office (PESO)-Job Placement Bureau, represented by Rey Togotongan, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), led by Joffrey Suyao and six representatives from partner employers, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) last September 29, 2017 for the training of more than 200 job starters.
In an article by Cagayan de Oro City Philippines Facebook Page, the more than 200 job starters will undergo company training which was made possible through the help of the City Government of CdeO, Canadian Government, DOLE, PESO, and Asian Bank of the Philippines.
The program is also in line with the aim of the city government to end unemployment by providing job opportunities in the city.
