13 Oct CdeO To Host National ICT Summit In November

In an article posted by Sunstar.com, Cagayan de Oro City will host the upcoming 9th NICP Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Summit on November 16 and 17.
On the first day of the summit, the Department of Information and Communications Technology and NICP will introduce the Digital Cities PH program. On the second day, the 6th eGov Awards or Awards for Excellence in ICT for Good Governance for Local Government Units will be held.
According to NICP President Stephanie Caragos, the event is targeting at least 700 participants from all over the Philippines and other countries with 50 expected speakers.
The event is supported by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Cagayan de Oro ICT Business Council, and the City Government of Cagayan de Oro City.
