28 Apr CDO Archbishop Orders Closure Of Some Churches After Priests Test Positive For COVID-19
Mga higala! Archbishop Jose A. Cabantan of Cagayan de Oro City has issued a letter of “motu proprio” yesterday, April 27, 2021, that orders the closure of some churches after a number of their priests tested positive for COVID-19!
The said churches are:
- Jesus Nazareno (Black Nazarene Shrine)
- San Isidro (Gusa)
- Our Lady of Candelaria (Tagoloan)
- Immaculada Concepcion (Jasaan)
- Our Lady of Mt. Carmen (Bobontugan, Jasaan)
- Santa Cruz (Laguindingan)
The closure order will be in effect for 10 days, from April 28 to May 7, 2021.
