14 Nov CDO City Council Approves Condonation of Traffic Violations: Avail Now!
Mga higala! The 20th City Council has approved the condonation of traffic violations of drivers in Cagayan de Oro!
The ordinance for this, City Ordinance No. 14385-2022, was passed during the regular session last November 10.
According to the said ordinance, drivers who were issued Traffic Citation Tickets starting in 2021 and earlier will have all their unpaid fines forgiven or erased.
They just have to visit the City Hall and apply for a Certificate of Availment from the Mayor’s Office. They will then have to follow the other steps and submit the requirements.
However, those who also have traffic violations this 2022 will have to pay their fines in order to avail of this privilege.
