13 Dec CDO Conducts Surprise Drug Test for City Hall Employees

The Cagayan de Oro City hall conducted a surprise drug test on all its employees yesterday, December 12, 2017.
An article by bomboradyo.com said that this was after 143 workers from the City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Department or CDRRMD were tested in accordance with “Oplan Linis Bahay”.
CDRRMD Head Allan Porcadilla stated that the results will be announced by PDEA-Region 10 this coming Friday.
As we all know, reports on 2017 have shown that a number of government employees have been arrested for using and dealing drugs. That’s why this kind of procedures was encouraged by Mayor Oscar Moreno in order to support the anti-illegal drugs campaign by President Rodrigo Duterte.
