03 Nov CDO-Davao Travel Time Shortened to 2 Hours with Duterte’s Mindanao Railway Project

Travelers from Cagayan de Oro to Davao and vice versa will no longer have to travel for 6 hours with one of President Rodrigo Duterte administration’s priority projects, the Mindanao Railway Project.
Said that its construction will commence by next year, 2017, the Mindanao Railway project will shorten the travel time from Cagayan de Oro to Davao and vice versa, and is expected to be completed by year 2022.
This project will serve its sole purpose of making the transport of good fast and cheap from north-to-south and south-to-north. Also, spoilage of food and products due to long hours of travel will not be a problem anymore.
Mindanao Railway Project is just one of the projects that the current administration is prioritizing with the goal of developing the country by massive infrastructure spending.
