03 Jan CDO Experiences Increase In COVID-19 Cases
Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro City is experiencing a slight increase in COVID-19 cases this January 2022!
ICYDK, this is in line with the recently observed overall increase of said cases all over the Philippines.
According to a report by _, based on the key indicators used by the disease surveillance tool FASSSTER or Feasibility Analysis of Syndromic Surveillance using Spatio-Temporal Epidemiological Modeler (FASSSTER) developed by Ateneo Center for Computing Competency and Research (ACCCRe).
One of the said factors is the Total Bed Utilization Rate. Compared to the 8.3% on December 29, 2021, the city recorded 8.7% this January 1, 2022.
With this, the public is now again urged to be vigilant and remember to follow minimum public health standards despite CDO’s current alert level status.
