Mga higala! Here’s the current progress of the much-awaited Gaisano Carmen Mall, located along the Vamenta Boulevard and J. Seriña Street of Cagayan de Oro City!
ICYDK, this mall is a 4-story commercial establishment that will feature a supermarket, department store, fast food outlets, and basement parking (and maybe even a cinema).
