05 May CDO’s Higala App Finally Starts Full Implementation: No QR Code, No Entry!
Mga higala! The HIGALA APP contact tracing system of Cagayan de Oro City has finally started its full implementation today, May 5, 2021!
With this, aside from face masks and face shields, everyone will now be required to present their QR CODE before entering various establishments in the city.
