Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro’s Festival of Lights 2022 was finally launched last night, December 6!
The event was led by Mayor Klarex Uy, together with Vice Mayor Bebot Rodriguez and other city officials.
It was then attended by a lot of excited Kagay-anons and tourists.
