According to RMN Cagayan de Oro, this was reported by Luz Mercado, a PAG-ASA weather specialist from Molugan, El Salvador City.
Temperatures dropped from 18.8 ° Celsius at around 2:00 am yesterday, February 12, and dropped further to 17.2 ° Celsius at 5:00 am.
This is said to be the coldest weather recorded in the region since December 2018, and the cold surge is expected to last until the last week of February 2019.
