Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro’s scenic new 2-lane River Boulevard has been illuminated and is now almost finished!
As you can see in the video and photos below, the 2.3-kilometer stretch (Burgos-Puntod) looks amazing, especially at night, and may soon be one of the most #Instagrammable places in the city.
