07 Jul LOOK: CDO Now Conducting “Libreng Tuli” Program In Various Barangays, Patuli Na Higala!
Mga higala! The City Government of Cagayan de Oro is now conducting LIBRENG TULI programs or free circumcision in various barangays!
According to the City Information Office, the local government has circumcised almost a thousand individuals recently, with the help of JR Borja General Hospital, the Inclusive Health Advocacy Group (IHAG), City Councilor Maria Lourdes Gaane, and more.
This includes kids in Brgy. Gusa, Lapasan, Pagatpat, and beyond.
