04 Aug Cagayan de Oro Officials To Undergo Mandatory Drug Test

As a support to President Rodrigo Duterte’s campaign against illegal drugs, officials in Cagayan de Oro is going to undergo a mandatory drug test.
However, employees from the city hall said that the test for the elected officials possibly to be delayed.
According to City Councilor Romeo Calizo, chairman of the committee on police, fire, and public safety, they agree with the City Council with regards to the implementation of the mandatory drug test for the officials. The only problem is where can they get the fund to be used for the said test. But as soon as they can have the fund enough to shoulder it, that’s the time the elected officials of the city will do the test.
