13 May CDO & Other Low-Risk Areas To Be Placed Under “Modified General Community Quarantine” Starting May 16

Mga higala! To amend IATF Resolution No. 35, Cagayan de Oro City and other “low-risk areas” in Region X will be placed under “Modified General Community Quarantine” starting May 16, according to Interior Secretary Eduardo Año!

This includes:

• Bukidnon
• Camiguin
• Lanao del Norte
• Misamis Occidental
• Misamis Oriental

This was decided after local officials all over the country expressed their concern on the total lifting of community quarantine protocols in their area.

Año then stressed that all areas of the Philippines will have community quarantines with different levels, to further contain the spread of COVID-19.
