17 Dec CDO Police Arrests 44 Persons Over The Weekend In “One-Time Big-Time” Operations

Mga higala! The Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) has arrested 44 persons in “one-time, big-time” law enforcement operations this weekend!
Based on a report by Sunstar CDO, 14 suspects were nabbed due to standing warrants of arrest and an additional of 5 wanted persons were detained but are still subject for verification.
The police also arrested a man for illegal possession of firearms while two drug suspects were nabbed in a drug buy-bust operation.
Moreover, 22 people, mostly women, were also apprehended for violation of city ordinances such as anti-loitering, among others.
