Mga higala! The Cagayan de Oro City government is now urging solo parents to register for the SOLO PARENT ID!

With this, solo parents can avail of the following benefits:

• Health Services
• Housing Services
• Parental Leave (Private or Government)
• Flexible Work Schedule
• Protection Against Work Discrimination
• and more!

How to register?

1. Visit this link: https://services.cagayandeoro.gov.ph/soloparent/
2. Fill-up the application form
3. Upload the required documents (see requirements below)
4. Wait for the system to reply about your application
5. Wait for 30 days if you are eligible or if you can already claim your Solo Parent ID

Requirements

• 1×1 Photo ID
• Brgy. Certificate of Residency
• Sworn Affidavit (Unwed, Abandonment, Separated by fact) (if applicable)
• Order of finality (Legally Separated, Annulment) (if applicable)
• Death Certificate (Widow/Widower) (if applicable)
• Medical Certificate (If the spouse has physical/mental incapacity) (if applicable)
• Birth Certificate of the minor Child/Children
• House Sketch
• Photocopy of ITR or any proof of income (If employed)
• Specimen Signature (White background)
