29 Nov CDO Relocates Sidewalk Vendors @ Cogon Market, Starts Implementation Of Guidelines
Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro has finally relocated all sidewalk vendors in Cogon Market and has now started the implementation of new guidelines!
The said vendors were moved from the JR Borja (and JR Borja Extension) and Capt. Vicente Roa streets to their designated area along Guillermo, Daumar, Ramonal, Yacapin, and Osmeña streets.
ICYDK, they were recently briefed regarding the new rules and were given a fair chance for the various selling areas winning the available spots through a raffle system.
