Mga higala! A member of Cagayan de Oro’s Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) unit was recently spotted helping a person with disability (PWD) who was having trouble walking along the sidewalk, near the City Hall, during a rain!

According to a post by CheaLse Mariano, the said individual then assisted the PWD in crossing across the road (Gaerlan St.), to get to the Gaston Park.
