27 Feb Join the CDO: Swim Training Analyzed for FREE!
Are you one of those who are looking for ways to improve when it comes to swimming? Calling all adult amateur swimmer and triathlete to join Coach JV, ASCA II of Profluid Swim Aquatic Training with his swim training that will be held in Cagayan de Oro starting this April 17 to May 24, 2017.
Swim Training Analyzed is an event to be conducted here in the city. It is the 1st experimental research in the Philippines to be conducted in CDO, where it offers swimming classes, job hiring, and much more.
This is to explore the ways of improving swimming performance for adult amateur swimmers.
This event is part of coach JV’s graduate thesis in the field of Exercise Science at University of the Philippines, Diliman. It is a research about the “Effects of Different Training Methods in Amateur Adult Swimmer” which aims to compare traditional methods vs. non-traditional methods of training.
The importance of this study:
- The first experimental research in the Philippines exploring effects of traditional vs non-traditional swim training method
- Provide knowledge if traditional method better than non-traditional method
- Provide knowledge to coaches in their training strategies
- Provide knowledge to self-coaching athletes in their training strategies
This event encourages adult amateur swimmers from Northern Mindanao that aged 25 years old to 50 years old. Should be a non-elite swimmer and non-professional swimmer. And should be able to swim freestyle continuously at least 200m.
Interested participants will receive free swim training, free swim assessment (stroke kinematic analysis) and free consultation.
This is a 1-month event which 12 sessions are conducted per group with a minimum of 60 minutes per session.
