CDeO Taekwondo player, Michael Porras Jr. hailed as the record holder in the recently held Palarong Pambansa 2017. Porras was able to bag 4 gold medals in his Taekwondo event.
In an article written by Bombo Radyo CdeO, Northern Mindanao Regional Athletics Association (NMRAA) was able to surpass their record of 5 gold medal wins in last year’s Palarong Pambansa with 9 gold medal wins this year.
Aside from Porras, 3 other Cagay-anons from NMRAA delegates also bagged gold medals in their Taekwondo games.
NMRAA holds 15 gold medals, 14 silver medals and 29 bronze medals for this year’s competition.
