17 May CDO Turns Over 1st Medium-Rise Housing Relocation In Mindanao To Beneficiaries
Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro’s Balubal Heights Subdivision Federation Inc., the first-ever medium-rise housing relocation in Mindanao, was successfully turned over today, May 17, 2022, to its beneficiaries!
The said housing has a total of 5-hectares with 40 2-story buildings that can accommodate up to 900 informal settler families.
As of the said turnover, 10 buildings have been completed with units that were distributed to 240 beneficiaries.
