28 Sep LOOK: CDO Urban Drainage Update (As Of September 2022)
Mga higala! The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has shared an update on the CDO Urban Drainage Masterplan!
According to the DPWH Region X official Facebook page, as of September 2022, 28,556.74 lineal meters (lm) of the drainage project’s total length of 39,406.71 lm has been funded and a total of P4.11 billion has been released ( 59.40% of the total project cost).
DPWH then added that 30 project contracts have been completed (since 2015), 7 are still ongoing, 11 were suspended, and 2 were terminated.

Drainage @ Kauswagan-Bayabas Road (NHA Section) | 41.15% Complete

Diversion Drainage Line connecting Bitan-ag Channel (Limketkai) to section along BCIR & Agora Terminal | 22.46% Complete
Rectangular open channel along Bitan-ag Creek (USTP Section) | Suspended due to Right-of-Way (ROW) issues
