16 Mar CDO welcomes new Police Director Robert Bahian

In a report from Sunstar Cagayan de Oro, just a month after Police Regional Officer Northern Mindanao Senior Superintendent Gerardo Rosales was temporarily installed, CDO has a new police director Senior Superintendent Robert Roy Bahian.
The installation was ordered by the PNP-Camp Crame effective yesterday March 15.
Bahian is a native of Bukidnon and has finished his studies in civil engineering at Liceo de Cagayan University. He was previously assigned in Negros Oriental and later to Western Visayas as commander of the Regional Public Safety Battalion.
One of his priorities as the new police director would be the war on anti-illegal drugs. He would also focus on public safety as he vows to fight all forms of criminality.
Bahian called on the public to support his fight against all criminality since peace is everybody’s concern.
Meanwhile, Mayor Oscar Moreno assured S/SUPT Bahian of the local government support to achieve and maitain peace and order in CDO.
