10 Aug CDO’s Mapawa Nature Park Stops Commercial Operations Due to COVID-19
In a recent Facebook post, Mapawa Nature Park Corp. (MNP) announced that they have ceased their operations starting last Saturday, August 1, 2020.
The said decision was made by the management due to the effects of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
It can be recalled that the nature park is one of the leading eco-tourism destinations in Mindanao. Also, it served as a famous venue for many trail runs and camping events over the years.
In a good note, MAPAWA will be preserved as a center for biodiversity, ecological conservation, and environmental activities.
