Mga higala! The City Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Department (CDRRMD) and the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) have conducted preparations and deployed their brave personnel this morning in the city’s various flood-prone areas!
This aims to help residents amid the continuous rains brought by Typhoon Odette.
